RELAX AND FOCUS TO IMPROVE YOUR GOLF GAME

It's funny, but before I started golfing I thought that golf looked like an easy game. Then I played and realized how difficult it can be. I learned that focusing on your game is the skill you must learn to become a good golfer. You hae to relax and concentrate to prevent tension which will have an adverse affect on your swing. This tension can also cause injury. It's hard to learn but you have to relax.

Learning to relax will make this wonderful game a joy for you because the score card score will make you happy.

Before you swing, each and every time, take a deep breath. Not only will it help you focus, but also it will help get needed oxygen to your muscles. You've got to clear your mind and concentrate before you swing. Otherwise your time on the course will be long and painful. Breathe and enjoy!

You also have to make each swing the same, everytime! It's important to practice so that when the pressure of the game mounts you can survive and thrive! Use your practiced stroke to make every motion specific, practicing will help make it natural and relaxed. The phrase "practice makes perfect" never had so much importance as it does in your golf game.

As was mentioned earlier, don't let a bad hole (or good one) affect the rest of your game. The bad hole needs to be put behind you. When your ready to drive, breathe, focus, swing and go for it! Each hole is a new adventure.
